The 60-night promise: Hold your companion for 60 nights. If it does not earn its place on your bed, tell us and we refund every penny. You keep the companion, or pass it to someone who needs it. The held Family comes with 90 nights.

How to start a return: Email hello@held.example with your order number. We reply within 1 working day.

Faulty items: If anything arrives with a fault, we replace it free. Your legal rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
